This song from the movie “pareeksha” released in the year 1967. Prem Nazeer and Saradha were the actors of this film. P Bhaskaran directed the movie and he penned the lyrics also. MS Baburaj, the genius music director composed the songs. “Oru pushpam mathramen”, Annu ninte kavilithra chumannittilla were the other hit songs in this movie. All the songs were sung by Yesudas.

This song from the movie “ Iruttinte Athmavu” written by M.T Vasudevan Nair and directed by P. Bhaskaran in 1967. Prem Nazir took the lead role of “branthan velayudhan” . P Bhaskaran wrote the lyrics and MS Baburaj tuned the songs. S janaki sang this beautiful song, considered as one of the best song of her. She told one interview that after singing this song she wept because of the feel and lyrical value of this song.

This song from the Movie "Anwashichu kandethiyilla" is considered one of the finest melodious songs in malayalm. M.S baburaj composed the music and Bhaskaran master wrote the Lyris, and sung by K J Yesudas. Baburaj was a Hindustani Musician from calicut. In his early years Baburaj sung many songs and he was one of the finest Harmonium player in Kerala. His parents died when he was so young. Living was not an easy task for him. No composer, either before or after, has given Malayalam cinema such refined ghazals. His melodies were cool, soft as a breeze. Most often they were accompanied by the lyrics of P. Bhaskaran and sung by his favourite singers Yesudas and S. Janaki. It is sad to say that his musical genius never got a state award for his work. He died a poor man at a hospital in Chennai in 1978.
