This melodies song from the movie “Abijathyam” released in 1972. It is considered one of the best family dramas in Malayalam film Industry. It is based on a Marathi movie, and has remade so many Indian languages. A Vincent directed this movie and written by Thoppil Bhasi. Madhu, Sharada were the actors. P Bhaskaran wrote the Lyrics and AT Ummer composed six beautiful songs for this movie. Yesudas, Suseela, S. Janaki, B. Vasanth, P.Leela were the singers. AR Rahman’s father RK Shekar made the orchestration of all the songs. Adoor Bhasi sang the song “ thallu thallu thallu thelle thannasu vendee” was one of the big hits on that time. This film will be remembered for its evergreen songs.
